How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase confirmation.
Domestic deliveries (Italy) usually take 2–4 business days.International shipping times may vary depending on the destination.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery in real time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and other secure digital payment options supported by Shopify, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Refund Policy Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
